Role Overview
At Meta, Product Managers collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to develop innovative products. We seek Product Managers who prioritize agility and rapid progress in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a designated product segment with accountability for its success.
- Define success criteria, prioritize challenges, and shape strategies aligned with organizational objectives, adapting plans as insights and conditions evolve.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to outline product definition, create roadmaps, monitor advancements toward milestones, and address obstacles while sustaining team wellbeing.
- Leverage user insights and market research to guide decisions and influence broader product initiatives.
- Proactively coordinate with collaborators to develop shared roadmaps that maximize outcomes.
- Clearly communicate strategy and updates to all stakeholders.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow Product Managers and interdisciplinary team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Product Management roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in STEM disciplines such as Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience leading a cross-functional team on substantial product areas, encompassing vision setting, requirement specification, interdepartmental coordination, and milestone achievement.
- Proven track record managing products through various life cycle stages.
- Demonstrated ability to significantly enhance product performance and team effectiveness.
- Skill in analyzing complex, large-scale datasets to support informed decision-making.
- Experience synthesizing diverse user needs and contexts into unified product strategies.
- Leadership skills to motivate product teams and facilitate collaboration with partner groups.
- Exceptional communication capabilities to clarify complex messages effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience incorporating AI tools to streamline workflows and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency or quality.
- Commitment to responsible AI usage, including risk evaluation, bias reduction, and quality assurance.
- Ongoing development of AI-related skills, such as prompt engineering and agent orchestration, with awareness of emerging AI trends.

Compensation and Benefits
