Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager with a solid product and user-experience background who can oversee end-to-end product development. This role involves close collaboration with UX designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize user journeys, user flows, and usability aspects.
• Convert business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with UX teams to craft intuitive experiences.
• Iterate product improvements based on user data and feedback.
• Gather and refine stakeholder requirements with clarity and precision.
• Identify issues and clarify problem statements.
• Coordinate efforts across UX, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support the complete lifecycle of feature deployment.
• Decompose challenges into systematic solutions.
• Balance user needs alongside technical and business constraints.
• Engage in product roadmap planning and prioritization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in UX Design or Product UX with strong understanding of user flows and usability principles.
• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Experience interacting with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
• Proactive work style, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
• Understanding of SaaS or platform-based product approaches.
• Experience using tools like Notion, Jira, Claude, or equivalents.
• Background collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in roles such as Associate Product Manager, Junior Product Manager, UX/Product Design, or digital product consulting.
• Experience working on web platforms or application products.
