Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our expanding TAVI team, contributing to our global growth mission and delivering top-tier support to clinicians and patients. This role involves the creation and management of clinical education materials linked to clinical studies and offers expert guidance on the device, procedures, and protocols throughout the clinical investigation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Certify centers, physicians, related staff, and internal personnel as per company SOPs.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOL) and proctors.
- Deliver comprehensive education on device usage, handling, implantation, and troubleshooting related to implant equipment and tools.
- Continuously develop and enhance training curriculums, materials, and tools using insights from clinical trials and organizational standards.
- Manage business intelligence activities.
- Conduct and coordinate one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and structured education for physicians and hospital staff on investigational products and procedures.
- Provide post-procedure support to ensure continuous education and technical assistance focused on patient outcomes.
- Train and mentor new Field Clinical Specialists.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Management to plan and execute growth strategies in focused accounts.
- Drive upselling initiatives in strategic accounts alongside Territory Managers and Business Unit Heads.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of products, physiology, anatomy, market language, and organizational protocols.
- Monitor clinical support activities, market changes, account status, and competitive actions in collaboration with sales specialists.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Science, preferably in cardiology, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales related to Interventional Cardiology products; prior experience with TAVI/TAVR preferred.
- Preference for candidates with clinical or commercial cardiology experience.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving workplace environment.
- Strong ethical values and integrity in professional conduct.
- Willingness to travel extensively across hospitals and medical centers nationwide including overnight stays each week.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both the local language and English.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage urgent critical issues efficiently.
- Resilience and persistence when facing challenges or opposition.
- Capacity to independently identify, initiate, implement, and manage projects.
