Job description
Overview
The Product Manager role focuses on managing and continuously improving digital products by orchestrating product requirements, operational readiness, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication. This position contributes significantly to maintaining product stability, supports deployment strategies including White Label and On-Premise models, and encourages collaboration between product and technology groups to deliver enhancements aligned with business goals and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting detailed product requirements from customers and stakeholders to build and maintain a prioritized product backlog, including defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinating with technology and operations teams to ensure product operation readiness, resolving infrastructure and deployment dependencies, and assisting in troubleshooting operational challenges affecting product performance.
- Supporting product enhancement initiatives and release management by tracking progress, facilitating stakeholder coordination, participating in testing, and analyzing implementation feedback.
- Analyzing customer feedback and market requirements to drive product improvements aligned with emerging business opportunities and customer expectations.
- Enabling White Label and On-Premise deployment readiness by preparing operational and business requirements, coordinating deployment activities, and monitoring implementation dependencies.
- Maintaining up-to-date product documentation, user guides, and operational references, and supporting knowledge transfer efforts to ensure clarity on product capabilities and features.
- Collaborating across sales, product, operations, and technical teams to support product objectives, handle stakeholder queries, and facilitate workshops and requirement gathering to align business and technical stakeholders.
- Monitoring product key performance indicators and operational metrics, preparing performance reports, identifying challenges, and contributing to ongoing product improvement.
- Strictly following departmental policies, safety, quality, environmental, and information security standards to maintain a controlled work environment and protect data confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in product management, product operations, product development, business analysis, digital products, or related domains.
