Role Overview
This position focuses on protecting and strengthening brand consistency across marketing activities and communications. The role may also include managing a product portfolio, supporting analysis and planning, developing marketing plans, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard brand integrity across all marketing campaigns, initiatives, and communication channels.
- Support the planning and analysis required for effective marketing execution.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and related communication materials.
- Coordinate messaging and communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Potentially manage a defined portfolio of products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales within a respected FMCG company in the Middle East, or in Brand Management within a respected F&B organization.
- Prior exposure to brand management and product launches is strongly preferred.
- Strong capability in managing people and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
