- Lead the monthly forecast collection process from Brand Managers, Finance, Commercial teams, and HQ MOP for all markets within the region.
- Ensure POSM inventory levels and requirements are tracked and aligned with contractual and HQ standards across markets.
- Contribute to revisions of R1 and R2 budgets including itemized marketing plans, orchestrations, and sell-out forecasts per market.
- Assist in training Brand Managers and Marketing Coordinators regarding internal processes and marketing tools.
- Monitor marketing plan implementation across markets to confirm adherence to approved A&P budgets and timely execution, maintaining alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Review and validate trade marketing activations such as Pop Ups, International Makeup Artist events, and out-of-home campaigns to ensure compliance with corporate and regional marketing policies.
- Evaluate sell-out performance of marketing activations, analyzing return on investment and suggesting enhancements.
- Support senior leadership by preparing presentations and business reports for regional and executive Comex meetings.
- Compile comprehensive regional marketing reports that include execution visuals, sales outcomes, market rankings, distributor and competitor insights, and ROI metrics.
- Produce monthly sell-out analyses for all Export markets, benchmarking performance against targets, launches, and historical data.
- Present marketing strategies and performance data to a variety of stakeholders, aiding in preparation and delivery of materials.
- Support organization and execution of major brand moments and events such as the Annual Paris Marketing Convention, Brand Managers Seminar, BC Seminar, and three internal product launches annually.
- Manage procurement processes including supplier onboarding and purchase order creation related to marketing events.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a BBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (preferred).
- Possess at least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the luxury industry.

- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, with the ability to build compelling presentations; experience with Canva and CapCut is highly valued.
- Demonstrate passion and a keen interest in the beauty and luxury sectors.

- Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
- Approach challenges with problem-solving skills, integrating new insights to refine plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Showcase strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Display analytical thinking and a driven attitude towards achieving results.
- Be hands-on and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team member across functions.
- Must currently hold authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
