Key responsibilities

- Review funnel data to find where users drop off and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Help plan product instrumentation by specifying event-tracking structures and the success measures for new functionality.

- Prepare organized Jira tickets and PRDs that engineering teams can use directly.
What success in this role looks like
- Clear written communication that turns vague challenges into structured, actionable documentation.
- Analytical curiosity and comfort using data to support a perspective.
- Exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer product ideas through schoolwork, internships, or personal projects.
- Ability to juggle priorities and collaborate across teams without losing momentum.
- Hands-on use of product analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of experimentation and A/B testing methods.
- Familiarity with agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Compensation and additional details
The stated pay range is $25.75 to $88.00 per hour. Final starting pay will depend on qualifications and experience. Zoom also notes that total direct compensation may include base pay, bonus, and equity. Pay may vary by location due to location-based compensation practices.
The company provides a minimum application window of 5 days and lists an anticipated closing date of 06/17/26.
Ways of working
This position is associated with Zoom’s structured hybrid operating model, which combines office-based work with remote work. The posting indicates that the specific work style for each role may be hybrid, remote, or in-person; this role is marked as remote.
Benefits and culture
Zoom describes its workplace as award-winning and offers a benefits program designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being, work-life balance, and community involvement.

Zoom says it is committed to fair hiring practices and evaluates candidates based on skills, experience, and potential. If you need an accommodation during the hiring process because of a qualifying medical disability, the company asks you to submit an accommodations request so support can be provided. Non-accommodation requests such as application follow-ups or technical issues will not be handled through that form.
Interview process notice
Zoom states that interviews may be supported by BrightHire, which can help create a consistent interview experience and may include recordings. Candidates are referred to the company’s privacy statement for details on data usage.
