Job description
Overview
This opportunity is on behalf of a partner organization that will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The hiring company is seeking a Product Manager focused on hospitality technology and based in Ireland.
The role is a strong fit for a product leader who is comfortable working without a fixed playbook and enjoys building new solutions from scratch. You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and hospitality tech, helping shape autonomous systems for a global sector that is changing quickly. Instead of maintaining an existing roadmap, your day-to-day work will center on product discovery, testing ideas, and validating customer needs to identify valuable opportunities. This position comes with substantial ownership, direct access to leadership, and the chance to influence products that address real operational challenges for hospitality businesses. The ideal candidate is curious, self-driven, and motivated by turning emerging technology into practical customer value.
Key accountabilities
- Own the full discovery process for new products, from identifying user pain points to testing assumptions and checking whether a real market opportunity exists through quick experiments.
- Speak with customers, study the market, and review user behavior to uncover opportunities in hospitality operations, guest experience, and revenue improvement.
- Create and evaluate MVPs, early prototypes, and product concepts, then use evidence from users and data to decide what should be built next.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to turn insights into innovative, scalable product features.
- Assess what large language models and AI-powered systems can and cannot do, and identify ways to build trustworthy autonomous experiences.
- Set success measures, review product outcomes, and keep refining based on real usage patterns and business impact.
- Align teams around product vision, strategy, and delivery while keeping the pace high and the focus on learning and measurable results.
- Help build the next generation of hospitality technology that improves efficiency and customer engagement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS settings.
- Hands-on experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives, including discovery, experimentation, and validation.
- Strong familiarity with customer research methods such as interviews, hypothesis-driven testing, MVP creation, and iterative learning.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, large language models, agentic systems, and new autonomous product possibilities.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing effectively in fast-changing, uncertain environments.
- Excellent analytical capability, using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to shape product decisions.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, adaptability, and a bias toward action.
- Ability to prioritize well, juggle competing ideas, and produce results even when structure is limited.
- Experience in travel tech, hospitality tech, hotel operations, booking platforms, distribution systems, channel management, or similar domains is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to bring different teams together around shared product goals.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with the added possibility of equity participation.
- The chance to help define a new product category where AI meets hospitality technology.
- High autonomy to experiment, innovate, and influence the product direction from the beginning.
- Direct working relationships with founders, technical leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Exposure to advanced AI tools and an opportunity to shape how they are applied in a major global industry.
- A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment that values ownership, creativity, and quick learning.
- Room for professional growth through high-impact work and product leadership responsibilities.
- A flexible, collaborative culture centered on innovation, execution, and measurable outcomes.
