About the Team

The Anti Scam Products team is focused on building technology that can detect, disrupt, and deter scams at scale. Its work covers data infrastructure, AI and machine learning deployment for proactive detection, API integrations with partners, and front-end systems used by enforcement agencies.

Role Overview

As Product Manager for GASP, you will help drive products that combat scams and protect people in Singapore. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple agencies, including law enforcement, and will need to keep the roadmap aligned with a fast-changing threat landscape.

The role requires you to build understanding across user needs, technical boundaries, and design goals, while acting as the connector between different teams and viewpoints.

Key Work Areas

• Develop a deep understanding of users and their needs.
• Plan and run user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Use data analysis to spot usage patterns that guide product choices.
• Study the market and existing solutions to inform strategy.
• Maintain structure through planning, prioritisation, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate productive meetings and support timely decision-making.
• Document important product details, assumptions, and decisions clearly.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Translate technical considerations for broader audiences.
• Present ideas confidently in public settings and written formats.
• Influence stakeholders and build support across different functions.
• Coordinate work across marketing, legal, finance, operations, and other groups.
• Work with designers to shape intuitive user experiences.
• Create and compare different product options before deciding on the best path forward.
• Help the team reach alignment on product direction.

• The ability to analyse data and use it to solve problems.
• Some coding experience, with enough technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong product judgment and an instinct for good user experience and design.
