Role overview

This opportunity is with a UK-based software company that develops venue management solutions for stadiums and arenas. Their platform supports point-of-sale operations, ticketing integrations such as Ticketmaster, premium hospitality, and analytics that improve the live event experience. The business focuses mainly on the UK market and also operates a small remote team in Bulgaria. They are looking for a Product Manager to join the fully remote Bulgaria-based team and help expand the roadmap while supporting customer projects in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.

The ideal person will be self-directed, proactive, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once, typically 2 to 3 projects in parallel. This role requires someone who can connect development teams with clients, translate needs into workable plans, and drive ongoing product enhancements using market insight and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and prioritize customer and product needs so they align with wider business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape, build, and release new product capabilities.
  • Track product results and use user feedback to guide continuous improvements.
  • Plan and manage execution through tools such as Jira to keep work visible and on schedule.
  • Create and maintain documentation covering scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Handle customer requests, support requirements, and urgent issues related to operational systems and external integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery is timely, high-quality, and within agreed scope.
  • Define project objectives and boundaries with stakeholders, while assessing technical feasibility.
  • Act as the main point of contact for projects and provide regular status updates and support.
  • Communicate clearly to uncover needs, evaluate business requirements, and suggest practical solutions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to maintain strong satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Solid background in product and project management, preferably within software development.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and common project management approaches.
  • Strong ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing client expectations while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Prior exposure to a small or mid-sized software company is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
