About the Role
ThoughtsCrest Software is a pioneering technology company specializing in AI-driven solutions tailored for the banking and fintech industries. We develop intelligent systems that enable autonomous decision-making and adaptive user experiences through advanced agentic AI technologies.
We are conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for the position of Product Manager specializing in Banking Products. The event is scheduled for 8th August 2026 at 9:30 AM, located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Preference will be given to candidates residing locally in Bangalore. Candidates must have a notice period of less than 30 days to be eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle including roadmap, prioritization, release schedules, and feature planning for internal products such as TestNova, AuditOne, and upcoming Agentic AI offerings.
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements and insights.
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications for engineering and development teams.
- Coordinate with sales, implementation, technology, and senior leadership teams throughout product development and deployment phases.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 8 to 20 years of professional experience overall.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the banking or BFSI sector.
- Minimum 5 years in product management or related client-facing delivery roles.
- Demonstrated experience interacting directly with customers for requirement gathering, product demonstrations, feedback collection, and solution discussions.
- Strong capabilities in ownership, communication, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or data analytics products.
- Background working with enterprise SaaS or banking software solutions.
