Product Manager APAC

Overview

Join a leading global payments company as a Product Manager for the APAC region specializing in alternative payment methods (APMs). This full-time onsite role based in Singapore demands a passionate and strategic professional dedicated to delivering impactful and scalable payment solutions that empower businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle of APM offerings, from conceptualization through launch to growth, setting vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Engage intensely with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and deeply understand customer challenges and prioritize the right problems to solve.
• Focus on delivering measurable impact by prioritizing initiatives based on outcomes such as adoption rates, revenue growth, and improved customer experience rather than simply shipping features.
• Make strategic decisions on product roadmap priorities, clearly articulating trade-offs with confidence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, legal, operations teams, and external partners to create scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Drive commercial success by discovering growth opportunities, supporting sales efforts, managing APM partnerships, and enhancing revenue through product-market fit.
• Leverage data analysis and trend monitoring to optimize product performance and customer results continuously.
• Take full ownership and accountability for product outcomes from planning through execution.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships demonstrating empathy and business-focused collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the role with a solid understanding of global merchant payment processing, particularly in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of alternative payment methods in the APAC region is advantageous.
• Proven success in product management or product development with a history of launching and scaling successful products.
• Ability to operate effectively across technical and commercial areas, communicating and collaborating well with engineering teams while targeting business goals.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategic decisions.
