Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee key components of our Administration domain, which includes accounts, teams, permissions, configuration settings, as well as compliance and regulatory functionalities essential for legal operations across MENA markets. From the outset, you will have clear responsibility for a segment of this area, with opportunities to expand your scope based on performance.

This position demands proactive involvement and significant ownership at the crossroads of product development, engineering, compliance, and revenue departments. As a vital contributor alongside the squad lead, your experience will allow you to manage substantial areas autonomously. Your work will focus on translating operational and regional market demands into precise, deliverable products, requiring you to analyze new market needs and draft comprehensive, clear specifications for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the administration platform, including accounts, teams, roles, permissions, and configurations, to decrease administrative obstacles and reduce support queries.
  • Develop regulatory and market compliance features by collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams, ensuring smooth product expansion into diverse MENA regions with a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide leadership across teams by liaising with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Revenue units, harmonizing priorities, safeguarding developer focus, and ensuring a realistic roadmap that adapts to evolving requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of your product area, serving as a reliable reference point for all stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis, user interactions, and evidence-based methods to guide product discovery beyond mere feature requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B product management within SaaS or software industries, demonstrating independent ownership and delivery of impactful product areas.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to guide and align without formal authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and shifting priorities by proactively establishing order and direction.
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively and credibly with engineering teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven accountability and ownership for delivering results, coupled with eagerness to learn continuously.
  • Experience or familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in telecommunications, CPaaS, CCaaS, or contact center domains.
  • Experience integrating AI-enhanced product features.
  • Knowledge or experience with developing or maintaining public APIs and integrations.
  • Exposure to products with legal and compliance focus.
  • Strong storytelling skills for communication.

Additional Information

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product. Daily collaboration occurs with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Revenue teams (including Support, Success, and Sales). The position is situated within the Administration squad, focusing on foundational features that enhance the ease of use and regulatory compliance of the product.
