Role Overview
This role is for a Product Manager to lead an Incident Response Management (IRM) platform in Singapore. The position calls for someone who can connect user needs, engineering execution, and business priorities to help deliver a product that is practical, reliable, and widely adopted.
What You Will Do
- Study incident response processes and user journeys to shape clear dashboards, alert workflows, and communication templates.
- Turn user input into wireframes, product briefs, and detailed functional specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to improve the overall experience and make operations more efficient.
- Push product enhancements that help shorten incident resolution time and make the platform easier to use.
- Build strong knowledge of incident management frameworks and standard practices.
- Develop and run training sessions for internal stakeholders and platform users.
- Serve as the main contact for knowledge sharing and onboarding so users can adopt the platform successfully.
- Translate technical ideas into training content that is simple, practical, and easy to follow.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams on software licenses and other platform-related purchases.
- Work with external vendors to monitor deliverables, feature requests, support matters, and enhancement items.
- Track vendor performance and help resolve product and security concerns on time.
- Support budgeting and procurement work tied to platform operations.
- Act as a liaison among users, leadership, and engineering teams.
- Set product priorities and roadmap items based on business goals and user feedback.
- Ensure the product follows internal security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to risk management and ongoing improvement across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a similar discipline is required.
- Background in Product Management, Product Design, UX/UI, Business Analysis, or a related function is needed.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Experience converting business needs into product features and user stories.
- Comfort handling several priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering, Incident Management, IT Operations, or Observability tools is an advantage.
- Experience running training sessions, workshops, or structured learning programs is helpful.
- Prior involvement in procurement, vendor oversight, or finance governance processes is desirable.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management frameworks is beneficial.
