Role Overview

The Product Manager role, based full-time onsite in Accra, involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of ECHT's environmental monitoring platforms and products. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams to design product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet regulatory demands and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user requirements to translate technical capabilities into practical product specifications.
• Coordinate product testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement efforts.
• Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to communicate product value and facilitate implementation.
• Identify new innovation opportunities in emissions monitoring and environmental compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in product management or related areas, particularly within technology, environmental services, or data-centric solutions.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and simplifying complex technical concepts into actionable product plans.
• Capability to work effectively across engineering, data, operations, and business teams to drive product development and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to guide decisions and track performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to deliver updates and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, emissions monitoring, or industrial compliance is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital project management and collaboration tools; experience with agile or iterative methodologies is a plus.
