Job Overview

The Product Manager will strategically lead the product roadmap by converting complex business goals and customer requirements into tangible product developments. Reporting to the CTO, this role connects technology, operations, and business teams to prioritize and deliver products aligned with Infineo’s mission in life insurance-backed digital assets and blockchain financial services. The candidate should be data-driven, deeply customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic fintech environment marked by continual innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and refinement.
• Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company strategy and market demand.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Perform customer research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to guide product strategy.
• Act as the customer advocate during product development to ensure solutions effectively address user needs.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination to sustain development momentum and schedules.
• Develop detailed test cases and acceptance scenarios to confirm product quality.
• Execute testing across development and staging environments to verify functionality and readiness.
• Partner with engineering to build automated AI testing systems enhancing coverage and speeding release cycles.
• Define and monitor product metrics and KPIs to drive ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with the CTO on tech strategy, including build-versus-buy decisions and scalability assessments.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure effective product launches and adoption.
• Keep abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting fintech, insurtech, and blockchain financial products.
• Communicate product vision, status, and updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of product management experience, optimally within fintech, insurtech, financial services, or tech startups.
• Proven success delivering software products end-to-end using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities to define metrics, assess data, and make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex details for varied audiences.
• Experience with APIs, data platforms, or digital asset/blockchain infrastructure is advantageous.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, handle competing priorities, and work efficiently in fast-paced, limited-resource settings.
• High proficiency with product management software tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ProductBoard.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of life insurance products, credit union markets, or institutional financial services.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, tokenization, or digital asset platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech including SEC, FINRA, or state insurance regulations.
• Experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker and collaboration with data engineers.
• Background in UX/UI workflows and collaboration with design teams.
• Product management certification like CSPO or PMI-ACP considered a plus.
• Basic proficiency with AI tools and openness to incorporating emerging technology in work processes.
