Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Product Lead for AI Products & Platform Engineering to join our team in Pune. The role involves spearheading AI product strategies and leading the design and execution of AI enterprise platforms primarily focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI product roadmap.
- Oversee the design and creation of enterprise AI platforms.
- Develop AI-driven solutions targeting Drug Discovery, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Intelligence, Medical Writing, Medical Literature Intelligence, and Pharmacovigilance.
- Lead AI/ML engineering teams, fostering best engineering practices.
- Drive initiatives in cloud-native AI deployment, DevOps, and MLOps to ensure efficient operations.
- Deliver AI platforms that are scalable, secure, and high performing.
Technical Requirements
- Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
- Proficiency with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision techniques.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL.
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Competency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as ML platform tools like MLflow and Kubeflow.
- Knowledge of data technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and graph databases like Neo4j.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare domains, notably Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Preferred Background
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related disciplines.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Product Engineering.
- Prior experience developing enterprise AI products within pharma or healthcare sectors.
