Role Overview
This freelance role combines product growth, outreach, and quality assurance. The specialist will support lead generation through college relationships, help drive student onboarding through online interactions, and contribute to product reliability through hands-on functional testing and customer feedback collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to colleges and build a pipeline of qualified leads for internships and entry-level hiring.
- Represent the product in online sessions, events, and demos to encourage student participation and onboarding.
- Carry out complete functional testing across product workflows to check usability and performance.
- Gather and organize customer feedback to support product improvement and optimization.
