Role Overview
We are looking for freelance or contract Product Feedback Specialists to join our remote team. You will receive products from partner brands and provide thoughtful and constructive evaluations based on your personal experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess various consumer products supplied by our partner brands
- Deliver honest, comprehensive feedback covering usability, quality, packaging, and overall experience
- Complete feedback submissions via written reports, questionnaires, or surveys
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with the team throughout the process
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with capacity to work independently in a remote setting
- Keen attention to detail with clarity in delivering feedback
- Residency within the United States is required
