Job description

Company Overview

SecureRx Technologies Inc. develops enterprise-grade medication vision intelligence for organizations that operate in tightly regulated, high-volume medication environments. Its flexible computer vision platform captures and interprets key moments in medication workflows, replacing manual verification with visual, evidence-based records.

The solution supports pharmacy and healthcare teams in confirming the correct medication, retaining image-backed proof, and improving traceability across pharmacy operations, specialty and patient-direct fulfillment, pharmaceutical inspection, and API-connected healthcare software ecosystems. Built by pharmacists for regulated healthcare settings, SecureRx is advancing the visual evidence layer that supports more adaptable oversight and better use of pharmacist time. The company works with healthcare organizations that want safer, more accountable, and scalable medication processes.

Role Summary

As Product Experience Lead for Healthcare SaaS and Medical Technology, you will shape how customers and end users interact with SecureRx’s medication vision intelligence platform throughout the product lifecycle. This is a remote contract engagement with flexible working arrangements, and you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, clinical specialists, and customer-facing teams.

Your work will focus on converting complex medication workflow needs into clear and intuitive product experiences, defining user journeys, and helping set requirements for new features and healthcare software integrations. You will also gather input from pharmacy and healthcare stakeholders, turn research findings into product enhancements, and help create workflows that strengthen clinical review, documentation, and accountability. In addition, you will support implementation guides, onboarding resources, and best-practice materials that drive successful adoption in regulated healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape product experiences across the lifecycle for a healthcare SaaS and medical technology platform.
  • Convert complex medication workflow requirements into practical, user-friendly product journeys.
  • Define and improve user flows, process maps, and experience requirements for new features and integrations.
  • Work with product, engineering, clinical, and customer teams in a cross-functional remote setting.
  • Conduct qualitative research with pharmacy and healthcare users to understand needs and pain points.
  • Organize customer feedback into clear insights that inform product decisions and documentation.
  • Support workflows that enable clinical review, recordkeeping, and operational accountability.
  • Contribute to implementation playbooks, onboarding content, and adoption best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or medical technology, with exposure to product discovery, requirements gathering, and collaboration with engineering and clinical stakeholders.
  • Background in user experience, service design, or product design for complicated workflows, including journey mapping, process flow creation, and simplification of technical ideas.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication verification, or regulated healthcare processes; experience working with pharmacists, clinicians, or health system operations teams is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to run qualitative research, collect feedback from users and customers, and convert findings into concise product recommendations and documentation.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for working across remote, cross-functional teams and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort with API-based products, software integrations, or computer vision use cases in healthcare is beneficial.
  • Ease working in a flexible contract arrangement, independently prioritizing tasks and delivering results in a changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area such as healthcare, pharmacy, engineering, design, business, or health informatics.
