Job description

Role overview

Luminovo is looking for a Product Enablement Specialist to help customers and internal teams get maximum value from a complex B2B platform. In this role, you will turn product updates into clear, practical guidance and help solve technical questions as they arise.

You will be responsible for scaling product knowledge both inside the company and for customers. This includes the Help Center, the FinAI chatbot in Intercom, the monthly product newsletter, and live training through LumiAcademy.

What you will do

Your work will focus on four main areas:

  • Own customer support in Intercom as the main point of responsibility, with a focus on fast first responses and short resolution times.
  • Improve self-service by continuously refining the FinAI chatbot and Help Center, while also managing outbound customer communications such as banners, pop-ups, product tours, and newsfeed updates.
  • Monitor and analyze key support and experience metrics each week, including first response time, time to close, chatbot resolution rate, conversation volume, and CSAT, then turn those findings into useful recommendations.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product so that updates move smoothly and feature adoption improves.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to stay informed about upcoming releases and prepare the enablement actions they require.
  • Join customer video calls when needed and contribute directly to resolving questions or concerns.

Team and collaboration

You will work alongside the Product Enablement team, Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and RevOps. The role is designed to connect these groups and keep product communication consistent across all customer touchpoints.

What Luminovo is about

Luminovo is a remote-first company based in Munich that operates the first electronics supply chain platform combining data, workflows, and stakeholders across the electronics industry. The company aims to help innovations reach the market faster and at lower cost by making the electronics supply chain more connected and resilient.

The business serves more than 300 active customers worldwide and has raised over €20 million from investors including Cherry Ventures, General Catalyst/LaFamiglia, and Chalfen Ventures. The team is international and distributed across cities such as Munich, New York, Austin, Calgary, Berlin, London, Valencia, Nairobi, and Verona.

What matters in this role

Luminovo does not use a standard list of minimum qualifications for this position. The company places greater value on motivation, curiosity, and the ability to help accelerate technical progress than on a conventional CV.

You do not need prior expertise in the electronics industry, but you should be ready to learn the space in depth, understand customer situations, and identify how the software can create value for them.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is €46,200 to €57,600.

About the company culture

Luminovo says it follows core principles of putting people first and building great things. The company emphasizes psychological safety, values different backgrounds, and aims to create an environment where employees can grow and have real impact.
