Product Developer - Health Supplements and Nutritional Foods

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Developer to join a leading company specializing in product development, procurement, and packaging services for health foods and supplements. The organization supports top brands and manufacturers globally by assisting with bringing nutritional supplements and health food products to market while managing commercial challenges.

Key Responsibilities

In this multi-faceted role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Development team on new product development projects, which include canned drinks, nutritional gels, sprays, and powder-based supplements. You will also engage with supply chain teams to source raw materials and calculate product costs. A crucial part of your role involves hands-on product formulation in the recipe kitchen, developing new recipes tailored for clients.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the nutritional supplements industry and a solid background in nutrition. You should keep yourself updated on current trends within the health supplements sector. Whether you are early in your career or have extensive experience, we are looking for a motivated, methodical, and creative individual with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

• Location: Surrey-based, with one day per week allowed to work from home.
• Compensation: Up to 45,000 base salary plus profit sharing and excellent benefits.
