They combine a keen eye for quality with passion for executing polished designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and refine Fubo's component library within Figma, ensuring well-documented elements functional across platforms including connected TV, mobile, and web.
- Establish and maintain design tokens—covering color schemes, typography, spacing, and animation—to guarantee visual coherence and enable theming.
- Create comprehensive, streamlined user flows for supported platforms that maintain simplicity while delivering elegance.
- Adopt and apply AI technologies such as Claude to automate design operations, generate creative assets, or innovate interface designs.
- Rapidly prototype designs at varying fidelities to shape opinions and design direction.
- Provide thorough final deliverables considering all use cases and accompanying documentation.
- Engage proactively in user-centric discussions, offering expert design advice and insights.
- Address and resolve any design-related conflicts in constructive ways.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience building or heavily contributing to a product company design system.
- Strong foundation in visual design and UX principles alongside mastery of relevant tools.
- A minimum of three years working in design roles.
- A balanced approach to holding strong design opinions while remaining adaptable.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating the candidate's design capabilities.
- Familiarity with no-code platforms such as Framer or Webflow.
Additional Advantages
- Basic understanding of component coding frameworks like React, iOS, or Android, facilitating effective communication with engineers.
- Experience working with streaming media services.
- Interest or knowledge in sports content.
- Experience utilizing AI to streamline repetitive design tasks.
Benefits & Compensation
- Opportunity to influence live media's next major evolution.
- Competitive pay tailored to experience and market norms.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and commuter perks.
- Complimentary premium Fubo account membership.
- Unlimited paid time off with regular company events.
- Headquarters located in Midtown Manhattan, with offices in Paris and Bangalore.
- Fubo is an E-Verified employer.
