Their product suite includes AI-driven résumé builders, recruitment workflow tools, and state-of-the-art HR automation platforms. The company's diverse, globally scattered workforce operates from its headquarters in Dublin, united by the goal to streamline job search and talent discovery.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer skilled in UX/UI who also possesses robust product management capabilities. This dual-function role demands ownership of the entire design lifecycle—from initial discovery to final delivery—while actively participating in product strategy, feature prioritization, and growth efforts. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams will be essential to convert user insights and business aims into intuitive user experiences that enhance engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete product design cycle, including user research, discovery, and creating high-fidelity interfaces.
- Convert business objectives and product needs into seamless user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI.
- Work together with stakeholders to set product priorities and help develop the product roadmap.
- Design, maintain, and scale design systems and reusable UI components using Figma.
- Conduct user research sessions, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback.
- Assist product discovery by validating ideas through prototyping and user testing.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure quality execution.
- Drive growth initiatives via UX improvements, A/B testing, and optimizing conversions.
- Use analytics and user behavior data to guide design choices and improve product performance.
- Maintain organized design files and clear documentation of product details.
- Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams across an international, hybrid work setting.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with notable product ownership involvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including skills in prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in Agile frameworks.
- Strong grasp of Product Management principles and product lifecycle processes.
- Experience leveraging analytics and user feedback for product decision-making.
- Familiarity with experimentation methods, A/B testing, and data-driven design strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating quality UX/UI designs and product-oriented thinking.
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid setup including four days per week at the Dublin office.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within SaaS, HR Tech, AI-driven products, or B2C digital platforms.
- Knowledge of product analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Hotjar.
- Familiarity with project management software like Jira and Notion.
- Understanding of Product-Led Growth, Conversion Rate Optimization, and experimentation techniques.
- Skills in Webflow, Framer, or other no-code development tools.
- Expertise in motion design and micro-interactions.
Why Work with Great Ponton
- Contribute to AI-enhanced products utilized by thousands globally.
- Be part of an international, collaborative environment where you can take genuine ownership.
- Engage with innovative products combining AI and HR technology.
- Benefit from a hybrid work culture with four days weekly in the Dublin office.
- Influence both the product strategy direction and user experience development.
