  • Leverage analytics insights and A/B test results for continuous improvement and iteration of designs.
  • Contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of the shared design system and component library.
  • Assist in user research and testing activities, applying resulting feedback to design solutions.
  • Present and justify design decisions to the team, responding to feedback to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

Required Qualifications

  • A portfolio demonstrating clear, usable interface designs and logical user flows.
  • Proficiency with Figma design software.
  • Capability to incorporate design feedback from a range of stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and senior designers.
  • A solid understanding of fundamental UX principles and visual design concepts such as hierarchy, layout, and basic accessibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or exposure to data-driven design practices and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design approaches.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and the implementation process of designs.
  • Experience working within or contributing to design systems.
  • Interest in or prior exposure to fintech or other regulated industries.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended durations while working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through phone or video conferencing (especially for concierge and sales roles).
