Role Overview

We seek a meticulous Product Designer passionate about systematization, clarity, and structure. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our design systems, ensuring precise and high-quality product execution, and working closely with senior designers to translate concepts into accurate, implementation-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, broaden, and document the Figma design system to guarantee components are tidy, coherent, and ready for implementation.
• Create explicit, detailed design documentation to aid engineering teams in feature development.
• Support senior designers with crafting user flows, wireframes, and polished, high-fidelity design assets.
• Regularly review components, design patterns, and screens to detect irregularities or areas for enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and proper behavior of components.
• Advocate best practices in accessibility, scalability, and visual consistency throughout Raya and Places.
• Engage in design critiques by providing feedback and proposing system-level design solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2-4 years of experience in product or UI/UX design, with involvement in design systems and component-driven design.
• Proficient in Figma, comfortable working with design libraries, variants, and organized design files.
• Highly attentive to detail with strong organizational and methodical problem-solving skills.
• Able to convert requirements into precise, clean design specifications suitable for engineering development.
• Holds a portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI craftsmanship, design system contributions, and understanding of scalable patterns.
• Has a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or relevant equivalent experience.
