Role Overview
We seek a Product Designer with 2-3 years of experience to creatively and entrepreneurially take ownership of design for Core Workflows and User Engagement teams. This role involves crafting intuitive design solutions for complex user needs, enhancing data visualizations, task management, notifications, and commenting modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design user-centric features for Core Workflows and User Engagement squads, focusing on usability and technical feasibility.
- Deliver polished, high-quality design components and pay attention to fine details.
- Work closely with senior designers to evolve the company’s design language and interaction patterns, applying and innovating within established frameworks.
- Support discovery and research by collecting and analyzing user feedback to guide design decisions, engaging with complex research alongside senior team members.

- Capability to plan strategically over longer horizons while managing short-term challenges.
- Strong collaborator excelling at synthesizing feedback and communicating design rationale clearly.
- Ability to simplify intricate concepts, articulate thoughts clearly, and ask meaningful questions to deepen insight.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, adept at multitasking, and willing to operate flexibly where the boundaries between product and design overlap.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from $140,000 to $155,000 plus equity.
