Job description
Role overview
This position focuses on shaping digital products and visual assets that are easy to use, visually polished, and aligned with business goals. It blends product design, UX/UI, and graphic design to create cohesive experiences across product interfaces and marketing touchpoints.
What you will do
You will design interfaces, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, icons, illustrations, branding materials, presentation decks, digital creatives, and promotional graphics. The work also includes maintaining consistency with design systems, brand rules, and visual standards.
You will partner with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements and user needs into practical, attractive, and accessible design solutions.
In addition, you will support the creation and upkeep of design systems, component libraries, style guides, and visual assets that keep products and platforms consistent.
You will also participate in user research, usability checks, competitor reviews, and design evaluations to uncover opportunities for better usability, accessibility, and overall product performance. Feedback and design data will be used to refine experiences over time.
The role also contributes to branding work, campaign creatives, and broader cross-functional design initiatives while keeping up with current design trends, accessibility expectations, and best practices.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a solid grasp of product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, branding, and user-centered design methods. The ideal candidate can create digital experiences that are both intuitive and visually strong.
Strong capability in common design, prototyping, illustration, and collaboration tools is needed to produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, marketing visuals, and production-ready assets.
Good knowledge of responsive design, accessibility principles, typography, color, layout, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency is important, along with close attention to detail.
The role also requires analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving ability to convert research findings, business priorities, and stakeholder input into effective design outcomes.
Clear communication, presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration are essential, as is the ability to explain design choices and work effectively throughout the product development process.
You should also be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing several design tasks in a fast-moving environment.
