Product Designer / Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-focused Product Designer / Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital user experiences and visually impactful graphics across multiple platforms. This position integrates user-centered product design with proficient graphic design abilities to develop intuitive interfaces, memorable brand visuals, and consistent marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flow diagrams, mockups, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs.
• Develop graphic elements for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and promotional content.
• Maintain and advance design systems, component libraries, and brand style guides.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
• Perform user research, assess feedback, and integrate insights to improve designs.
• Generate user-centered solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Produce icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, advertisements, and other promotional graphics.
• Prepare print and digital production-ready assets ensuring visual consistency.
• Support product launches through creation of marketing materials and visual communication aids.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, UI/UX best practices, typography, color theory, and accessibility guidelines.
• Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming, and cross-team collaboration.
• Refine designs based on testing data, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Uphold quality standards and maintain design consistency across multiple platforms.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve product usability and reinforce brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color schemes, and layout composition.
• Proficient in top design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalents.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design frameworks.
• Familiar with responsive design techniques and accessibility standards.
• Understanding of branding, identity creation, and visual storytelling principles.
• Skill in developing captivating digital graphics, marketing content, and presentation visuals.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is a plus.
