Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Product Designer / Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital experiences and visually impactful content across multiple platforms. This position melds user-focused product design with robust graphic design capabilities to produce intuitive interfaces, compelling branding materials, and consistent marketing assets. The right candidate is passionate about design, creativity, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement while balancing aesthetic appeal with functional usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly, visually striking interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.
- Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity visuals.
- Produce graphic elements for digital campaigns, social networks, presentations, websites, and advertising.
- Maintain and develop design systems, component libraries, and brand standards.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and integrate insights to improve designs.
- Deliver user-centered solutions enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall experience.
- Create icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, ads, and promotional graphics.
- Prepare production-ready designs ensuring consistency across digital and print media.
- Support product launches with marketing collateral and visual communication materials.
- Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, typography, color theory, and accessibility guidelines.
- Engage in design critiques, brainstorming, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Refine designs using test outcomes, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and maintain uniformity across platforms.
- Contribute innovative suggestions to boost product functionality and reinforce brand identity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles including visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications.
- Knowledgeable in wireframing, prototyping, and user-driven design approaches.
- Awareness of responsive design techniques and accessibility standards.
- Experience with branding, identity creation, and storytelling through visuals.
- Skilled at crafting engaging graphics, marketing materials, and presentation content.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end concepts is beneficial.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to high-quality design output.
- Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
