Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-focused Product Designer / Graphic Designer who can shape attractive digital experiences and visual materials that improve usability, reinforce brand identity, and help achieve business goals. The position combines user-centered product design with graphic design work, and it involves partnering with different teams to build designs that are practical, polished, and visually engaging.

What you will do

You will contribute throughout the full design cycle, starting with research and idea generation and continuing through prototyping, testing, and final delivery. Your work will include interpreting user needs, turning them into design requirements, and producing wireframes, user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for digital products.

The role also covers creation of marketing and brand assets such as digital ads, presentations, social media content, illustrations, icons, and other supporting visuals. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear and effective design solutions.

In addition, you will gather user insights, review feedback, assist with usability testing, improve designs based on findings, maintain design systems, keep design files organized, prepare files for production, and help ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all design outputs.

Required background and capabilities

This role calls for strong creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to explain ideas visually. You should be comfortable balancing user expectations, business objectives, and technical limitations while working in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, UX Design, UI Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field.
  • Professional certification in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related area is considered a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual communication.
  • Working knowledge of user-centered design methods, design systems, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility.
  • Hands-on proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Understanding of responsive design, web and mobile interface design, and digital product development workflows.
  • Exposure to illustration, motion graphics, video editing, or basic front-end technologies is an added advantage.
  • Strong creative thinking, visual problem-solving, and concept development skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Clear written, spoken, and presentation communication skills.
  • Good organization and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle several tasks at once.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and apply feedback to improve design outcomes.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and committed to ongoing learning and design improvement.
