Role Overview
We are searching for a skilled and imaginative Product Designer / Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital experiences and create impactful visual content across multiple platforms. This position merges user-focused product design techniques with robust graphic design capabilities to produce intuitive interfaces, compelling brand visuals, and consistent marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and attractive interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.
- Develop wireframes, user flow diagrams, mockups, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs.
- Create graphic elements for digital campaigns, social networks, presentations, websites, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and advance design systems, component libraries, and brand style guides.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, marketers, and various stakeholders during the design cycle.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and apply insights to refine designs.
- Deliver user-centered design solutions enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Produce icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
- Prepare production-ready design files ensuring uniformity across digital and print formats.
- Support product launches by designing marketing and communication visuals.
- Keep updated with emerging design trends, UI/UX best practices, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Optimize design outputs based on testing results, data analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Guarantee all deliverables meet quality benchmarks while maintaining visual harmony across platforms.
- Generate innovative ideas that improve product features and fortify brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-focused design methodologies.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
- Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and identity creation.
- Skill in producing engaging digital graphics, marketing content, and presentation materials.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end concepts is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
