Job description
Role overview
This position is for a Product Designer / Graphic Designer who can shape user-friendly digital products and create strong visual assets that support branding and business goals. The role blends UX/UI thinking with graphic design expertise to produce polished, useful, and consistent experiences across product interfaces and marketing communications.
What you'll do
You will design interfaces, user journeys, wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, icons, illustrations, and final production assets. The role also covers the creation of branding material, promotional visuals, digital content, presentations, and marketing collateral while keeping everything aligned with brand standards and the broader design system.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to turn business needs and user expectations into clear, accessible, and visually effective design solutions. You will also help build and maintain design systems, component libraries, style guides, and visual rules that keep experiences consistent across products and channels.
In addition, the role involves user research, usability testing, competitor review, and design assessment to identify ways to improve usability, accessibility, and overall product performance. You will review user feedback and design data to refine interfaces and strengthen the user experience over time.
The position also contributes to branding initiatives, creative campaigns, and cross-functional projects while keeping up with new design trends, technologies, accessibility practices, and industry standards. Success in this role depends on ongoing collaboration, creativity, and an iterative design approach.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, branding, visual communication, and user-centered design. You should be able to create digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and visually balanced.
Experience with common design, prototyping, illustration, and collaboration tools is important, especially for producing wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, marketing creatives, and final graphics. Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility practices, and design system upkeep will be an advantage.
Strong command of typography, color, layout, information structure, visual hierarchy, branding principles, and consistency is essential, along with a sharp eye for detail.
You should also bring strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to convert research findings, business goals, and stakeholder input into practical and original design outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are needed so you can explain design choices clearly, support discussions across teams, and contribute effectively throughout the product development process.
Strong organization, adaptability, creativity, and the ability to handle several design assignments at once are also important in a fast-moving, collaborative, and outcome-driven environment.
