Product Delivery Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Delivery Specialist to manage logistics and installation tasks. Responsibilities include preparing and loading orders, handling heavy materials, setting up job sites, performing quality installations of stone surfaces, and maintaining excellent customer service and workplace cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and load materials onto delivery vehicles for outgoing jobs.
• Collect materials as needed and organize them in the transport vehicle.
• Load installation tools and equipment for site deployment.
• Safely move heavy products such as kitchen and countertop stones from production to vehicle and installation locations.
• Set protective barriers and ready job sites to ensure smooth and accurate installations.
• Install granite, marble, quartz, and sintered surface kitchen countertops, sinks, backsplashes, and feature walls with precision.
• Ensure installation quality by applying skilled craftsman techniques.
• Complete measurement and installation tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and vehicles.
• Manage documentation related to materials and job orders.
• Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Preferably have completed Primary or O-Level education.
• Physically capable of handling heavy loads exceeding 20kg.
• Prior experience in stone fabrication or installation is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of English language.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact well with customers.
• Comfortable using digital devices such as tablets for schedule management.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and integrity in professional conduct.
