Job description

Role overview

Rendr is looking for a Product Delivery Analyst to keep product delivery moving end to end. In this role, you will connect product ideas, engineering execution, and release readiness so the right work reaches the right users at the right time.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to improve how features move from concept into production. The role suits someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complex work, taking ownership of delivery, and introducing automation that helps the team move faster and more effectively.

About the company

Rendr is a delivery orchestration platform that supports fulfilment for some of Australia’s biggest retailers, including Chemist Warehouse, Jaycar, and Nutrition Warehouse. The business provides an intelligence layer for logistics operations while building infrastructure intended to influence how Australian commerce moves goods for decades to come.

Now part of Australia Post, Rendr combines the scale, trust, and reach of a national postal network with the speed and product mindset of a high-growth technology company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery flow for features from initial definition through to release, while keeping stakeholders informed and removing obstacles along the way.
  • Gather, shape, and document business and operational requirements into clear engineering-ready scope.
  • Contribute to agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination across multiple product teams.
  • Work closely with Engineering to improve development workflows, reduce friction, and make build-to-release cycles more dependable.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve the delivery pipeline and overall team efficiency.
  • Translate updates and outcomes for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, practical way.
  • Look for recurring issues or missed opportunities in the delivery process and suggest improvements that strengthen how the team works.

Experience and skills

  • Practical experience in software delivery, QA, analysis, or a similar support role, ideally within a web product or SaaS environment.
  • Confidence working across several teams while independently keeping work moving forward.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining product or process documentation, with close attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with related workflow or automation tools, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with limited day-to-day supervision and take initiative.
  • Interest in AI tools and new ways of working, with willingness to test emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to ecommerce, logistics, or fulfilment operations is preferred.

Why this role stands out

  • Join a fast-growing organisation and contribute to work that has a visible impact across Australia.
  • Be part of a passionate team focused on improving last-mile delivery.
