Product Coordinator

Role Overview

The Product Coordinator role is a part-time, remote position centered on supporting the planning, monitoring, and organization of construction-related products and services. This position involves managing product data, overseeing timelines, and assisting with accurate documentation to maintain current records.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain product information systematically.
• Track and monitor product schedules and deadlines.
• Assist in documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Respond promptly to queries regarding products and assist in resolving related issues professionally.
• Support project and product managers by preparing reports, conducting data analysis, and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and track product performance aiding decision-making.
• Effective communication skills for coordination among cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Basic understanding of product management to help with lifecycle coordination and documentation.
• Customer service capabilities to manage inquiries and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Basic project management skills including scheduling, task tracking, and status reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well in a remote environment while juggling multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration software such as spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and communication platforms.
• Experience in construction, contracting, or similar fields is considered beneficial.
• Formal education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields is preferred but not compulsory.
