Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being handled on behalf of a partner organization, which will review applications and manage the hiring process from the next steps onward. The company is seeking a Product Analyst for the Muslima product, with the role based in Saudi Arabia.
The position is centered on using data to shape product decisions across large-scale social discovery platforms that serve millions of people globally. You will examine product behavior, spot patterns, and identify opportunities for growth that can improve user engagement and business outcomes. The role blends analytical depth with product judgment, so you will turn raw data into practical insights and hypotheses that can be tested. A major part of the work involves A/B testing, experimentation support, and revenue/growth modeling. The environment is international, remote-first, and fast-paced, with a strong culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement for globally distributed products that help people connect online.
Key responsibilities
- Track essential product metrics on an ongoing basis to catch unusual changes, trend shifts, and early performance signals.
- Plan, check, and interpret A/B tests while maintaining statistical accuracy and dependable conclusions.
- Help generate, rank, and confirm product hypotheses using evidence from data.
- Dig into large datasets to uncover growth opportunities and meaningful relationships between metrics.
- Measure unit economics such as LTV, CAC, and ARPU for different user cohorts.
- Create forecasting and impact models to estimate the business and revenue effect of new product ideas and launches.
- Work closely with product and growth teams to guide experimentation and decision-making.
Requirements
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another closely related technical discipline.
- Strong grasp of probability and mathematical statistics as applied to practical analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis.
- Direct experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a product or growth setting.
- Good understanding of marketing and product metrics, with hands-on use in real work.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to work on your own and proactively spot opportunities.
- Capability to pull insights from complex datasets and convert them into clear business recommendations.
Benefits
- 100% remote work as part of a globally distributed team.
- Competitive pay, to be discussed during the hiring process.
- 28 days of annual leave plus 7 wellness days each year.
- Funding support for training, conferences, and industry events.
- Corporate discounts for English learning programs.
- Health coverage or annual support for health-related expenses.
- Equipment assistance or reimbursement for remote work setup, depending on location.
- Referral bonuses for successful candidate recommendations.
- An internal rewards program with redeemable perks and experiences.
Hiring and privacy information
The hiring process uses an AI-assisted matching approach to review applications quickly, consistently, and fairly against the role requirements. Top-matching candidates are shortlisted and shared with the hiring company, while interviews, assessments, and final decisions are handled by their internal team.
By applying, you agree that your personal data may be processed for candidate evaluation and shared with the employer as needed for recruitment. This is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection at any time.
AI tools may also assist with parts of the recruitment workflow, such as resume review and response analysis, including detection of possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team and do not replace human judgment; final decisions are made by people.
