The channel creates diverse videos spanning current affairs, entertainment, humor, explainers, and reviews. They prioritize audience interaction, creativity, and community involvement to guide their content and expansion.

Role Overview

The Producer will be based in Chennai and work full-time on-site. This position involves overseeing the full production lifecycle of video content, including conceptualization, script development, shoot coordination, and post-production. Daily tasks include scheduling production timelines, working closely with writers, hosts, and technical teams, and ensuring the content meets quality standards and aligns with the channel's infotainment goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate top-notch video content in Telugu, Malayalam, and/or Kannada languages.
• Partner with creative teams to craft engaging concepts and formats.
• Manage all stages of production from initial idea through final execution.
• Collaborate with influencers to enhance content reach and quality.
• Travel frequently across South India for production purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in video or digital content production, particularly involving entertainment or infotainment formats.
• Strong narrative skills to develop stories in current affairs, reviews, explainers, and humor.
• Effective organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Tamil is preferred.
• Fluency or expertise in Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada essential to produce engaging regional content.
• Youthful and creative approach preferred.
