Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Producer to help realize innovative concepts with precision and efficiency. This crucial role operates as the operational core of our projects, handling budget management, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site event execution. Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, the Producer must maintain smooth workflows and adapt fluidly under pressure, all while fostering a calm and confident demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to generate and refine creative concepts aligned to client objectives.
- Support proposal development, pitches, and RFPs to ensure client-aligned project planning.
- Source, assess, and negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to meet creative and logistic requirements.
- Convert creative ideas into detailed production plans and deliverables.
- Develop accurate project budgets utilizing experience, industry knowledge, and research.
- Monitor budgets throughout project lifecycles, address scope changes, and maximize profitability.
- Drive project timelines proactively to avoid delays, ensuring punctual delivery.
- Maintain transparent communication regarding schedules, spending, and resource allocation with clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary production liaison for clients from project inception through completion and final reconciliation.
- Manage client expectations professionally while coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Oversee production processes ensuring quality, safety, and creative standards are met.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to maintain effective communication through all project phases.
- Address client feedback to exceed expectations in deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of verified experience in event production, special events, experiential marketing, or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing varied experiential marketing events and brand immersion initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in fast-paced agency settings.
- Exceptional accuracy and professionalism in document preparation and oversight.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours based on event demands.
- Physical ability to sit for long periods, stand or walk onsite, and lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally heavier).
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions during onsite activities.
- Must possess a personal vehicle for occasional local trips; mileage will be reimbursed.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $90,000 to $100,000.
