Overview

Escape Velocity Entertainment is seeking a Producer passionate about game development and the intricacies of production. This role involves collaborating internationally with production teams, Directors, and development groups to advance multiple gaming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the achievement of project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain schedules for diverse multidisciplinary game teams, aligning with the overall game vision.
• Track resource usage and timing balances effectively.
• Coordinate among production, leadership, and development teams to provide status updates and facilitate goal attainment.
• Detect and communicate obstacles or delays, recommending necessary adjustments.
• Address daily production challenges to maximize team productivity and game quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, including time management and scheduling, with a supportive mindset.
• Advanced project management expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/tracking software.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Genuine enthusiasm for video game development.
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence platforms.
• Familiarity with various production methodologies.
• Basic understanding of video game editors and associated tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Motion Builder, and Blender.
