Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire visual effects (VFX) production lifecycle, from initial pre-production stages through to final deliverables.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or surpassed.
• Coordinate with the VFX supervisor to establish project schedules and plans, communicating these effectively to all involved parties.
• Track project progress diligently, proactively addressing any challenges that might affect timelines or budgets.
• Maintain careful management of project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
• Recruit and lead production teams, including artists, coordinators, and assistants.
• Guarantee all projects meet the highest creative and technical VFX standards.
• Continuously enhance production workflows to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a proactive, accomplished, and approachable work ethic.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses multiple years of hands-on experience in a production setting.
• Demonstrates extensive understanding of VFX workflows, pipelines, and methodologies.
• Excels in managing numerous projects concurrently with outstanding organizational skills.
• Highly effective communicator, skilled at fostering strong client and team relationships.
• Experienced in budgeting and resource management, with a history of on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Thrives under pressure, with acute attention to detail and superior problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring production personnel.
• Knowledgeable about the legal and contractual dimensions of VFX production.
