Opportunity Overview

Position Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire visual effects (VFX) production lifecycle, from initial pre-production stages through to final deliverables.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or surpassed.
- Coordinate with the VFX supervisor to establish project schedules and plans, communicating these effectively to all involved parties.
- Track project progress diligently, proactively addressing any challenges that might affect timelines or budgets.
- Maintain careful management of project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Recruit and lead production teams, including artists, coordinators, and assistants.
- Guarantee all projects meet the highest creative and technical VFX standards.
- Continuously enhance production workflows to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a proactive, accomplished, and approachable work ethic.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses multiple years of hands-on experience in a production setting.
- Demonstrates extensive understanding of VFX workflows, pipelines, and methodologies.
- Excels in managing numerous projects concurrently with outstanding organizational skills.
- Highly effective communicator, skilled at fostering strong client and team relationships.
- Experienced in budgeting and resource management, with a history of on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Thrives under pressure, with acute attention to detail and superior problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring production personnel.
- Knowledgeable about the legal and contractual dimensions of VFX production.
