Role Importance

As a Produce Clerk, you will be a vital member of our store team, inspiring customers by keeping the store well-stocked and ready to meet their shopping needs. You will engage customers through friendly conversations and knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring fresh produce shelves are appropriately stocked and by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain and organize product displays and shelving to comply with company standards.
• Accurately scan products, monitor inventory levels, and assist with ordering as needed.
• Implement company promotions and programs as directed.
• Keep department areas organized, clean, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Experience Requirements

No previous experience is mandatory as full training will be provided to support your success in this role.

Additional Requirements

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active on your feet throughout your shift.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.60 to $18.45, representing the starting wage according to the collective agreement.
