About TBR Global Chauffeuring
TBR Global Chauffeuring is a premium ground transportation company serving financial roadshows, corporate travel, and major global events. Known for a strong focus on quality, the business is now looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to expand and improve its supplier base across the United States and Canada.
Role Overview
This position plays a central role in the company’s North American growth. The main objective is to find, assess, and secure new supplier partners in important markets, while continuously improving value through smarter sourcing and stronger commercial terms. The role goes beyond contract execution and covers the full supplier journey, from early negotiation through system setup and ongoing compliance. The successful person will help ensure every partner reflects the standards of the TBR brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard strong ground transportation partners across the US and Canada to widen network coverage and increase market reach.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms that improve value while maintaining the company’s high service expectations.
- Serve as the main contact for suppliers, guiding them from potential partner status to active operational partner.
- Oversee supplier onboarding, including training on TBR systems and confirmation that insurance, safety, and DOT/regulatory requirements are met.
- Encourage adoption of TBR’s internal technology so suppliers can provide full visibility and live communication.
- Monitor supplier performance regularly and maintain communication to keep service quality consistently high.
Experience and Skills
The right candidate will bring 3 to 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management. Background in ground transportation or premium travel is strongly preferred. A solid understanding of North American chauffeured transport operations, including insurance and compliance rules, is important. Strong negotiation ability, cost-control thinking, advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and working knowledge of Slack are needed. The role also requires excellent organization, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort managing a large number of external relationships. Willingness to travel across the US and Canada for inspections and partner meetings is essential.
Additional Information
Work location is remote within the USA. Regional travel across the US and Canada will be required as needed. The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus a performance bonus.
