Procurement Specialist

Role overview

MAK Developers LLC is hiring a meticulous and proactive Procurement Specialist to support purchasing activities across the business. This role focuses on supplier coordination, price discussions, order processing, and making sure the organization receives the materials and services it needs on time.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess, and shortlist dependable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Raise purchase orders and keep procurement documentation up to date.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules, payment matters, and order status.
• Track stock levels and align procurement timing with business needs.
• Verify that purchased goods and services meet quality expectations and project specifications.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare procurement-related reports and supporting records.

Qualifications

• Ability to create, manage, and track purchase orders.
• Background in evaluating suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Skilled in contract discussions and finalizing commercial terms.
• Strong analytical ability for cost assessment, inventory tracking, and informed decision-making.
• Solid understanding of procurement workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Detail-focused, confident in negotiation, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior exposure to real estate development, construction, or building materials is considered an advantage.
• Comfortable using MS Office and ERP platforms.

Compensation

The offered salary range is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
