Role Overview
Join Gratitude India, a global technology and consulting organization, as a Procurement Specialist fluent in French. You will oversee comprehensive procurement activities and purchase order creation for international clients, maintaining smooth communication in French while managing supply chain validations and vendor inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement cycle and generate purchase orders for global clientele.
- Validate supply chain processes and address vendor questions effectively.
- Communicate fluently in both written and spoken French with various stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements during night shift operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management within a BPO environment.
- Proficient French language skills, both written and oral.
- Solid knowledge of purchase requisition and purchase order processing.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with SLA compliance.
- Ability to work rotational night shifts flexibly.
