Processing Officer with Forklift – Mowbray Street, Christchurch

About the Role

Join our team at Mowbray Street site as a Processing Officer, where you'll play a key role in sorting, consolidating, and preparing parcels and freight for courier delivery. This position requires operating a forklift for at least two hours per shift, emphasizing safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Experience in forklift operation is essential, alongside a focus on health and safety standards.

Work Schedule and Remuneration

• Part-time role working Monday to Friday from 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• Hourly pay of $26.75 plus an additional night rate allowance until 6 AM
• Additional forklift operation allowance included

Candidate Profile

• Available to work early morning shifts Monday to Friday (2:00 AM - 10:30 AM)
• Possession of forklift OSH certification and/or an F Endorsed Driver’s Licence
• Strong commitment to teamwork and maintaining safety standards for self and others
• Physical capability to handle tasks involving lifting up to 25 kg
• Attention to detail and sound geographical knowledge
