About the Role
We are seeking fresh B.Com graduates for the position of Process Executive in the BFSI sector based in Nagpur. This is an on-site role involving night shifts aligned with US time zones. The primary responsibilities include providing email and chat support, managing backend banking operations, handling credit reports, and processing data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Activities will cover supporting customers through non-voice communication channels, maintaining banking process workflows, and ensuring accuracy in credit and data management tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be fresh B.Com graduates with good written communication abilities and basic knowledge of BFSI processes. Flexibility to work night shifts is essential.
