Process / Business Analyst – Healthcare Automation

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Process / Business Analyst to support healthcare automation initiatives for a fully remote U.S.-based assignment. This role focuses on improving healthcare workflows, documenting processes, and building business cases for automation.

Location and work setup

The position is 100% remote within the USA.

Experience required

Candidates should bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a maximum of 14 years.

Domain and background

The assignment is centered on healthcare and healthcare IT. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or a closely related field is expected.

Visa and interview details

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or hold a GC. The interview process will be virtual and include both a technical round and a business discussion.

Attached DL, visa copy, and travel history are required.

Core skills and focus areas

The role calls for strong experience in healthcare process and business analysis, with hands-on knowledge of Epic EMR or comparable systems such as Cerner. RPA and automation experience with UiPath is mandatory. The work also involves process mapping, documentation, and ROI analysis.

Additional must-have capabilities

Relevant experience should include healthcare automation, payer/provider workflows, prior authorization, revenue cycle and utilization management, workflow optimization, business case development, Lean, Six Sigma, HL7, FHIR, EDI, healthcare interoperability, change management, stakeholder management, and project management. Certifications such as CRCR or RHIA are preferred.
