Role Overview
In this position, you will handle order management activities for healthcare operations in a voice-based process. The role involves responding to customer questions, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely information is provided. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities related to order processing and order management.
- Address customer inquiries, service requests, and concerns with accurate information.
- Identify possible risks or issues and recommend the right corrective steps.
- Work within agreed service levels and timelines.
- Support customer interactions through calls and follow-up emails where needed.
Requirements
- Any graduate is eligible to apply.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
- Ability to manage queries through voice calls and email communication.
- Willingness to work in rotational or other required shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear fluency.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to interpret complex data with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
