Role Overview
To support the company’s growth, Monarch Air Group is expanding its Operations team to elevate customer service and operational efficiency. This entry-level, full-time role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks motivated individuals eager to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and develop their skills within private aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with coordinating and managing every aspect of flight bookings.
- Arrange ground transportation tailored to client schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate catering services that meet client preferences and flight protocols.
- Compile and disseminate precise aircraft movement updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Handle general administrative duties to maintain smooth office functionality.
- Support marketing campaigns and organizational projects to foster company growth.
- Work closely with brokers and various internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, or customer service, though not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfort with technology; experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Composure and professionalism in stressful or high-pressure situations.
- Availability to work beyond standard business hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $60,000 per year on a W-2 basis, contingent on experience and qualifications.
